Pizza PSA: Stop Ruining Your Leftovers!

We pour a lot of love (and 900°F heat) into every Neapolitan pie we pull out of the truck. But let's be real—sometimes you can't finish the whole thing in one sitting.
I was just reading a great tip from Allrecipes about the absolute worst way to reheat your pizza, and I had to share it with you all.
### The Golden Rule: Step Away from the Microwave
If you want to keep that handcrafted, organic dough from turning into a rubbery mess, never use the microwave. It kills the soul of the crust!
### The Wheels on Fire Way (Home Edition)
To get as close as possible to that wood-fired crispiness at home, try these instead:
- The Skillet Method (Highly Recommended): Throw a slice in a dry non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add two drops of water to the pan (away from the pizza) and pop a lid on for one more minute. It steams the cheese and crisps the bottom perfectly.
- The Air Fryer: 350°F for about 3-4 minutes. It's fast and keeps the 'crunch' we worked so hard to give you.
Don't let good pizza happen to bad methods. Treat your leftovers with the respect they deserve!
Eat. Love. Rock.
