Serving the Denver area, Neapolitan style wood fired pizza straight out of their new custom designed Rig, featuring a 3,000 pound Italian Brick Wood-Fired oven, crafted by none other than Italian made Forno Bravo. their award winning pies are always made from healthy, local, organic, non-GMO ingredients at fair prices."

 WHAT WE DO 

Here at Wheels on Fire, we don’t take any shortcuts when it comes to your food and service. We offer traditional Neapolitan pizzas with vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options, as well as specials like salads and deserts.

Our custom-built wood fired oven is hot enough to bake a 12 inch pizza in 90 seconds- we don't bake it until you order it. 

Because of this, we’re able to serve our customers the freshest high-quality food brought right to your door

or where ever you want us to go.

Not only are we serving the freshest organic ingredients, we try whenever possible to deliver local as well.

 

That includes produce from our very own organic garden, where most of our ingredients come from in the summer months.
